True in many parts of the world - I've had behind the scenes tours in many places, even those with a reputation for running railfans off the property, just because I've talked to someone. I've also given behind the scenes tours to interested people who've shown an interest at my own base. However if someone demands at tour, or ignores a barrier, their feet will not touch the ground as they are removed.......
