I'll certainly admit that Railstar has done well with what they were handed. My point is that the whole thing could have been avoided if the state and Clear Creek County had not bought into the CHS fiasco in the first place.
I have heard fromoher local sources that the merchants are not happy. It serves them right, in my humble opinion.
