A year or two ago we produced a nice program called "Rio Grande Steam in the 1960's" that was from 16mm film shot by Perry Becker and his father. Although it is 90% 1960's the first year they visited was 1957, when they rode the Silverton Train, and Perry Becker's father, shot the film that year, which included a few scenes of 464 switching the passenger cars in Durango.
I guess that got their interest since Perry and his brother Jim went back out there several times up until about 1966, and later when the C&TS started up. We have not used the C&TS footage yet, but there are some nice scenes of 484 switching cars in Chama(freight cars), that besides the lettering on the tender makes it look like 1967-1968. Maybe someday we can find a use for this footage as well.
Go to the Narrow Gauge section to see more on the video I mentioned if you are interested. In another thread there was discussion of 494-495, and 494 shows up a few times, including in a doubleheader passing Navajo tank with late afternoon glint lighting...a real gem of a shot!!!
Image below is the cover.

PS My dad and I were out there in 1960 or 1961, and got to chase a train from Alamosa to Osier.
The engines were 494 and 495!!!!
