I, too, would like to see C&TS (and D&S) feel as if they have more or less free rein to use the DRGW logos.
If they don't already have an agreement I believe they should ask UP right away. I am sure they'd have a good dialog with them. I would hope they'd have little trouble working something out.
I believe they'd end up with two slightly differing agreements. I think the C&TS is a not-for-profit corporation whereas I'm guessing D&S isn't, but I'm not knowledgable about either.
If they haven't looked into it already I hope the do soon.
