Flooding mainly in eastern PA centered on Delaware River, North branch of Susquehanna, and Schylkill Rivers. Central PA west of Harrisburg and West branch of Susquehanna River basin are okay. Have not heard of EBT dmage but if so could only be minor. We had no damage at all on JVRR located eat of EBT at Lewistown. Railroads in the eastern part of state especially RBMN and CPRS having a rough time.
