Hi Don,
For more info on the Ilwaco Railroad & Navigation Co., try to find a copy of the book, "The Railroad That Ran By The Tide", by Raymond J. Feagans (Howell-North, 1972). The book is long out of print, but you might be able to find a copy at a used book store or at one of the on-line used book sites.
