The numbers on the rear of the tender look like they were roughly the size of the cab's numbers. And, yes the stripes continue around the rear of the tender and on the curved parts on the front. Also, I don't know if you have any more polys at your disposal, but if you can, add the two marker lights to the front.
The color looks pretty good to me. In some photos it looks like the headlight, domes, and valve chest were a different shade of yellow. I'm not sure if that was the case, or if it was just a trick of the light.
