I just talked with the truck driver who is hauling #9 and this is indeed the plan. That said, the city of Denver must still issue a permit for the load to travel city streets and #9 may be too tall to get into downtown Denver. (It can be 16' tall and travel the interstate, somewhere around 15'is the max for downtown Denver)
