Or Should I say, some nice Hooters!

Sorry couldn't pass that one up.
Seriously, its tough to find owls to photograph.
On another note we saw the movie HOOT, last week,
about some kids that want to save these owls that live in holes in the sand in Florida. It was a real HOOT also.
Last hoot like this was when 463 was running right...with its hooter!
I shot some video of a grizzley bear in Canada in 1996. We pulled up next to it in the van and I rolled down the passenger side window and shot it about 6-8 feet away, as it was munching down a bunch of dead dandelions. It was huge. Got about 90 seconds to 2 minutes of video, and then we left. Later found out a annimal control guy was looking for a menacing grizzly that had been demonstrating aggressive behavior along the highway. So, I pointed to the bear about 300 yards down where we had just been, and they took off to scare the bear back into the forest with a bloodhound. Fun, fun!!! Used it in our "Mountain Wildlife" which has nothing to do with trains, but was fun nevertheless. Got several black bears as well.
