That's understandable but what is going to happen to Eureka? As I understand it, Dan is trying to get an exemption due to Eureka's unique situation. If, as I suspect, he is unsuccessful, there is a question as to whether he will go to the trouble and expense of tearing Eureka apart and going through all of the faldamaral necessary to be FRA compliant just for a VERY short running period! If anybody can update us I would be very grateful.
