Did you get a chance to fire the #40? I hope you did.The picture #40 looks good. I bet like the rest of us you miss the G.L.R.Inc.
I also bet that you are going though some major steam withdrawals these days.
It's like this, Zen and the art of locomotive firing. for true
enlightenmentand happeness you must be one with the locomotive. Even if it means getting dirty.
I do miss the #40. She was always a fun engine to run and fire.
Find the time and head west for a visit at the ranch sometime. Lots of steam action out here in California that you have got to see..
