I hadn't heard that they were going to have #476 ready for Railfest! When did this come about? I was under the impression that a full frame-off had to be done because of some cracks that developed. It was my impression that it would be next year at the earliest before they could even get started on it!
In answer to the other half of the question:
The C&TSRR should have #'s 484, 487 and 488 running. #489 is stripped down for it's scheduled inspection and #463 is waiting in the wings for funding (don't hold your breath...) #497 is also waiting for funding. #483 is still sitting there forlornly waiting for the funds to put her back in shape.
