Re: C&TSRR Advertising Issues

Not interested in winning. Really. Terse seemed to annoy you, so I tried detailed. The point? Simple. To illustrate, here're two approaches to posting for ya:
1 - "C&TS didn't advertise in TRAINS. Their advertising's a 'failure'. The RR's ridership's 'pitiful' and the season's going to 'fail'."
2 - "I see that the C&TS didn't advertise in the May issue of TRAINS, and I'm concerned about the effect this may have on the season. Anybody know what's happening?"
1 ~ Ready, shoot... aim... damage control after situation explained.
2 ~ Ready, aim... information received, no shot necessary.
You seem to consistently favor approach number 1. I'm suggesting that you'd get better results with 2.
That's it - though I added that if you really are concerned, there're substantive ways you can help.
