Don't know what kind of information you are looking for. Do you only have his last name?
If that's all you have, I'd check the Pueblo City Directories each year from 1900 on, looking for someone named Propst. You'll be able to find him, as it will list his occupation and the railroad that employed him.
They have those at the library in the Heritage Center, and also at the Rawlings Library.
There is an obituary for a John H. Propst in the May 18, 1927 edition of the Pueblo Chieftain. PCCLD also lists what appears to be a reference to William H. Propst, with a date of April 26, 1932, in a obituary for Dorothy Bosso in the May 8, 2004 Pueblo Chieftain.
