I know Frank Turner from his tenure as President of the American Shortline & Regional Railroad Assn. where I'm a Director. Turner, an ex-marine, is good guy, a veteran railroader and a straight-shooter. Quite frankly, the C&TS has an incredible asset. He knows the business and no one will be able to bullshit him.
By the way, I think Frank still holds an equity interest in the Montreal, Maine & Atlantic RR. and may be on their Board of Directors.
