This was a school house as noted and it still has a nice pressed tin ceiling in its present role as a residence. It is in fair shape as I had a job doing a historic structural assessment study on it and the nearby abandoned Catholic church that is also part of this property. The school doesn't sit right on the right of way as that is away from the structure on the uphill side.
