Dan has an average size lot for a subdivision from the 1980s. The engine house is about the size of a garage built to house a RV or a horse stable for several horses. The building takes up most of one side of the lot.
Dan has said that the zoning codes allowed for the construction of an additional building on the lots in this area. The building could either be horse stable or a building to house a RV. Dan has quipped that he has an iron horse that is his recreational vehicle.
