I think it is Whitney. I will see SVRy historian Ron Harr in a few hours and ask him. The location is probably not the water tower that was show near the depot, but there is a location east of the depot where a building resembling a pump pump house with a hill behind it remains. My guess is the water tower got moved at some point in time from the original location. I will post what I find out from Ron.
