Probably the closest that comes to what you are looking for is Rob Dickenson's International Working Steam web site linked below. It covers both standard and narrow gauge. From my perusal of Rob's pages (there are many) I can think of lines in Java and a few in China, but that's about it. But perhaps I missed something. Maybe the Darjeeling line in India, but that seems to come and go. And of course North Korea is a black hole only now beginning to be explored by the intrepid. But lots of interesting tourist lines such as the Harz ng. in Germany, the Esquel line in Argentina, the line in Eritrea, and the G&Q in Ecuador.
