Carlos, you and I must have wandered the SLVS right of way within days of each other. I was on a trip back from Colorado Springs on November 20th and wanted to stretch my legs and wandered around the same places, but without a camera. I wondered at that odd culvert for a while myself, but it was too cold that day for me to go into the ditch to look closer. It sort of looks like an industrial boiler shell wiht the sheets cut out, but I can't figure out that side manifold.
