484: Ben Greathouse, when asked which one of the K-36's was his favorite - he was sitting in the cab of the being fired up 483 at Antonito and Ernie Robarts was lettering the tender for the C&TS - said, "That 484 back there (pointing back to where she was dead in train) was stout." When asked what he meant by "stout" he allowed that she'd get up and walk away with whatever you tied on to her. Some of those "miracles" you referred to I suspect.
