I've been very interested in the ROW in the Santa Fe area as well. I've recently started working on a virtual version of the Chili Line, at least from Antonito to Santa Fe, using Microsoft Train Simulator. My great grandfather was the engineer on the last revenue run of the Chili Line back in 1941, so this is my little way of trying to reconstruct some of that history.
The topo maps available from the Terraserver (http://terraserver.microsoft.com/) show the old railroad grade running into Camino de las Crucitas. They also show a couple of cuts in the terrain near what looks like Michelle Court. My assumption has been that the ROW rann through those cuts and down toward the end of the cemetery, then perhaps across what appear to be a couple of hotels and on toward Guadalupe St.
I've been putting off getting the ICC maps, but it's something on my list of things to do. I'd be interested to hear what others find out about where the tracks ran up the hill and out of town.
