A while back there was a lot of interest and questions about the diesels used on the San Juan lines around Durango. There are plans and photos of the Davenport D&RGW/ARMY #4700N in Short & Narrow Rails Magazine issue #33. Issue #48 has many elevation plans of #3000 and many photos at various locations. Prior posts here spoke of the final demise of these engines, one being used as target practice on a gunning range.
