If you are talking about the 0-4-0 #1 built by Porter at the Railroad Museum of Long Island, any whistle now used with the locomotive is NOT an original!
That locomotive left New Mexico in 1953 with a Porter whistle, some where when displayed at Sandy Point, NY it was misplaced, etc.
John Degen who donated the 0-4-0 to the museum came up with a similar style.
