ONe thing that you are forgetting is the cut back to 6 days a week rather than offering a special rate for dog days and even the perhaps dog months or weeks. You may run full for july august and september but what were the loadings for june and october? Could an inducive pricing structure encourage more patronage and cover the costs better in the slack periods.
