There seems to be a slight problem with your proposal, Rod.
If you read Tim Tennant's message posted at the Ash Pit, you'll find this passage:
"Steve Malnar indicated to me that the Commission acquired liability coverage through the state of NM. This policy however does not cover the RGRPC or the Friends. For this reason, our members should not be on commission property working on what would be Friends projects."
In other words, RGRPC is vacating the property because it is not covered by insurance. And it appears that the Friends will not enter the premises to work on projects.
I don't know what's going on, but it sure looks like the Commission is trying to run off all its friends, no pun intended.
Methinks the Commission meeting today will be interesting.
