Now they have to find somebody who wants the job, is capable of doing the job, and who is capable of doing the job under the prescribed conditions. Not an easy task.
What exactly is needed? Is it merely an experienced operator of narrow gauge trains that is also good at getting lots of funding from the state of Colorado? If that's all that is needed, then it sounds like an opportunity for Railstar!
