The train I photographed on June 23, 1956 at Alamosa had 497 on the point and 498 as road engine. No record of caboose. On June 24th, the train left just about noon, as I don't think my aunt has forgiven me yet for leaving the table, just as dinner was served, when I heard the power leaving the roundhouse. At Estrella and LaJara, the power was 490 on the point , 499 was road engine and trailing was crummy 04343. JOhn, many, many thanks for the consists. Art Gibson
