The only fly here is the salary of the person that compiles all the imfo and distributes it. In the past all I recall was the total number of riders that day from each end, no separation beyond that. If this is invaluable to the Chama merchants, they ought to jointly provide the salary and recommend a local person to the RGRPC to do the work.
