Communication

If I step on anyone's toes here, I apologize ahead of time, but there have been snippets of information posted here inferring that the Chama merchants have some difficulty finding current C&TS ridership info which could be used by them for planning purposes.
If it hasn't been done already, I'd like to suggest that the RGRPC distribute a weekly summary of ridership numbers, plus advance reservations. This could be in a one page spreadsheet format. The major column headings could be as follows:
Total riders to date
Adults
Children
Riders this week (Separate columns for each day)
Adults
Children
Advance reservations (Separate columns)
+1 week
+2 weeks
+3 weeks
+4 weeks
There could be a separate line item listing for each week allowing people to make their own comparisons and draw their own conclusions.
Admitedly I have not thought this through completely, and there is a lot of more detailed info which could be added, but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible while giving some useful information. This could be offered by the RGRPC on a weekly update basis without comment or predictions. Let the business community make out of it whatever they wish. But it would give some basic info as to where we've been, and where we are headed.
Take a crack at this troops. I've got a thick skin, and a thicker head.
