Although Maptech has not gotten west of the east coast, yet, check out their web site for copies of most of the historic printed maps by the USGS.
That sure was a good find and unusual that they mapped the tram lines. The old maps usually failed to show trams, or logging lines even though they were there at the time of surveys.
