Navy & Army steamers at Pearl? *LINK*

Greeting -
I have seen rosters of diesel locomotives operated by the army and navy at Pearl, but have not seen a list of steams that they operated. Does anyone know if other locomotives besides NCNG9 operated there around WW2? On the NVNGM website, there is a picture of #9 operating there as L-17, so my question, did they operate other steamers there (not OR&L locomotives)??? Were there other L-?? numbers? What did the L stand for? Also on number nine it is rumored to have been sold and may still exists somewhere??? Any info would be great - many thanks
