Taylor: I don't mean to be mouthey in replying to the several different posts, I know there are far more knoledgeable people out there. As you have no doubt gathered, history is one of my main interests and this is a great forum to learn and discuss.
Dick Anderson told me he had walked into the mill yard and looked at the turntable once. I think he or perhaps Ron B. said the owners indicated we could have it if we could replace it, which would not be a small chore I reckon. I looked at a steel bridge near the old yard that looked to me like a RR bridge being used for vehicles, I wondered if it was the turntable. My understanding was that it was farther North back in the mill yard though.
