Yes and no

I think the Brake wheels on Platformed Cars (Coaches, Baggages, Combines, Short RPO, and Parlor Car Rear Ends) had the same brake wheels as most of the freight cars.
The Long RPO, (Modified for San Juan Service - 54, 60, 65, 66, 119, 122) had a brake Wheel unique to them. Five Spokes in the Wheel but with Four Built-In clubs from the outside of the wheel outwards. Funny looking critters.
The Closed Vestiuble Cars didn't have a Brake Wheel but more of a lever that, in a rough sense, resembles a locomotive throttle in the way it operates. Not sure if the Closed Vestiuble Coaches at the D&S (and Parlor Car Vestiuble End) still have them. The ones in Knott's still do as I remember.
Hope this helps,
