Eureka trips cancelled

The D&SNGRR reservations called today at 2:00pm pdt and said the Eureka trip I was booked on for Thursday, August 25th had been cancelled. The reason given was that the FRA would not allow its operation at this time. Sad news. I was looking foreward to seeing her again. Anyone have more information?
