Ted,
There is an R Robb book on the C&S Freight and Passenger Equipment. It is a joint authorship effort with Derrell Poole authoring the Freight section and Ken Martin authoring the Passenger part. It is quite good and quite thorough.
Unlike the D&RGW books, the C&S book doesn't cover a car type in each book, but has a representative sample of each car type. For a quick overview I would suggest that you go to the url: [www.ironhorse129.com] and go to the equipment section.
If you are interested in Folio Sheets, the Colorado Railroad Museum has reprinted them. For plans, Greg Maxwell offers his Dad's drawings at colong.com. John Maxwell wasn't any great shakes as an artist, but Bob Richardson believed that his dimensions were the most accurate of any of the "aftermarket" artists available at the time (this was in the late 1960's).
Hope this helps.
