Frank,
I believe some of the C&TS terminal sits on the site of a lumber yard of some sort. I seem to recall an aerial view of the original construction there - the wye, small depot, and two-stall engine shed - showing it in the background.
I don't know any details, though, and it's possible it wasn't a railroad customer, or that it was a short-term use that started after 1968.
