IRCA annual reports

The IRCA annual reports are pretty interesting with a lot of detail. I was fortunate during the early 70's to be able to xerox copies from the file at the AAR library in Washington, which went back to the beginning of the IRCA. I wonder whatever happened to the AAR library? The bound volume PRSL mentions covers 1927 to 1945 if I remember correctly, and the asking price is $175. If anyone is seriously interested in IRCA history, I would consider that a bargain.
