Respectfully, NO It's NOT! The horse isn't dead! As long as the CHS heirarchy continues to make wholey unrealistic promises that they never intended to keep, we NEED to document their foul-ups, irresponsible decisions and outright falsehoods! Bell and Behrens and the rest of the CHS heirarchy MUST be held accountable!
It's attitudes like all of this "We're tired of hearing about this subject. Let it go!" that allow this kind of behavior to continue!
By the way, just in case you didn't understand the purpose of this thread, it is not about Railstar and their operation of the Loop! This is ENTIRELY about the CHS's heirarchy! If you don't want to hear anymore about this then don't read the thread!
My only concern is that nobody in a position to do anything about it is listening! We may just be "tilting at windmills!" Either way, thanks for the updates Jim!
