The 25 needs to stay in Flagstaff. It worked in the Flagstaff area it's entire existance. When Stone Container (the successor to Southwest Forest Industries) scrapped the Flagstaff mill, they vowed the 25 would not stay in Flagstaff. It took the superhuman work of some local fans to keep her home.
Flagstaff is where she needs to be.
