Yep, the round Handlan class lamps rotate. The light opening inside was fixed and 90 or a little more degrees of arc, each side being open to the sides and front. The round glass lenses were on a 360 degree ring that went around the main housing and were 90 degrees of white on one side and 90 degrees of green on the other. These can then be rotated to put the proper color glass to the front and side for following section or extra movements. The green on D&RGW/RGS engines was normally to the inside and rear and were so covered with soot that they were hard to tell from the metal surrounding them.
The four lens lights were the same. Rotating outside sleve with four lenses and a 90 degree cutout for the light to only show light forward and to the respective side.
And please, no "clear," "aqua," "amber" and "rose." The railroad colors are "white," "green," "yellow," and "red." And azure, er, I mean, blue, of course. <img class=" />
