Another place to try, Mr. Polley, would be the state highway department of Colorado. May have a lot of maps and records of easements and right of ways pertaining also to railroads.
Your two Uintah books are excellent and our store sold several copies of them until we folded up last month (owner decided to go to the web and sell).
