Wade,
What they gona do, reach out and hit u with a cane, As long as u are on public property taking the picture there isn't anything the RR can do. Shoot away as before.
Maybe what someone was thinking about was the RR asked for a license to sell portraits from a booth at the Silverton end. The town didn't like
the fact it wouldn't be from a store front and denied the request.
