Chama Track Scale

Hi:
The new track scale I think was installed in 1927 after being elswhere on the system. It does not have a bypass as I remember so Loco's can not cross it. Did the original scale that was in the #15 track have a bypass or was it similarly restricted? If it was it make manuvering with two long trains an interesting challange. You could bring the west bound train in from cumbres on the #15 track and the engine could escape from the cross over to the main. Then if the east bound train comes in on the south track #13?) it can escape to the north with little problem but you really have little trackage to swith any. Must have been an interesting swithing challange if you needed to pickup any local additions.
