John,
One stunning item at the 1999 season's end, was the inablitity of anyone to put the equipment in the needed locations for winter work. Looks like the RGRPC has a plan to distribute work to both ends of the railroad.
Also, movement of the passenger cars east over Cumbres must remind some of the 1960's movements of end of season Silverton cars to Alamosa.
