The Sandborn maps are still available for a whole lot of places. On their web site you can get into quite a list.
At the Maritime Park we just bought the series for 1888 and 1912 for San Francisco. Lots of maritime Industry as you would expect. but also lots of duel gauge tracks along the water front.
The later series has the Roundhouse for the State Belt Railroad. Which still stands, but is now used for offices.
