if you are driving down the hill from Grandview on 160 heading west, you can catch a glimps of the trestle as you go through the intersection of 550/160. You have to be in the left lane and look down the ravine on the left side and you should be able to see it. As you go around the turn, look to the left and you will see a road going down the hillside, take that turn and you will be on the roadbed and will be looking right at the trestle. Look for trestle road. Last time I saw it, it was in very good shape.
There used to be a metal bridge on the line heading to Chama on the Bocea Hill section. It's gone now. I think it was removed in the mid '90s. Driving East on 160 look to the left after you pass the turnoff for Farmington hill and you will see section of roadbed that still exist, along with old cattle gaurds.
