Roger, this isn't a precedent for the DRG and Uintah, but at least it shows there was cooperation between the big rr's and the NG shortlines. The example I am citing is of course the SVRy where ROW maps for the Baker City Depot area show some portion of the 3rd rail where the std. ga. rails were owned by OWRR&N (UP) and the 3rd rail for NG was owned by SVRy.
