Orange Empire Railway Museum at Perris, California, has a number of cars from the SP narrow gauge. The origin of the 3' gauge collection is a gift from Ward and Betty Kimball since that gift other cars, etc have been obtained.
OERM has C&C/N&C/CP coach #5 (lettered for the Kimball's backyard "Grizzly Flats Rail Road"), the body of C&C/N&C/CP business car #10, box car #11 (once at Kern County Museum), stock cars 157 and 173 (to be displayed as N-C-O #159), and gondolas 216 and 223. These are on display in the "Grizzly Flats Engine House" at the OERM; this is normally open on weekends (subject to volunteer staffing).
Nevada State RR Museum has C&C/N&C/CP #3 a baggage-express car, CP #8 a baggage-coach combination rebuilt from coach #9 (originally SPC #69) also several box and stock cars. These are under cover in the rear of the museum's storage building.
