OK, OK, I get it...that photo sure looks like an EBT RR excursion train, stopped by one of the coal mine tipples in the Robertsdale - Woodvale (Pennsylvania) area.
Recently I've been researching all EBT RR excursion trips 1936-1951 for an article I will be writing for the 'Timber Transfer' FEBT magazine.
